Returns Policies
Returns Policies To return a faulty DVD please email us at contact@worldacupuncture.com for return authorization.
Simply indicate the reason for your return, include the invoice with your return, and wrap the package securely. (Usually the bubble envelope in that they arrive in can be used for the return)
IMPORTANT: PLEASE SEND RECORDED DELIVERY ONLY. The maximum postage refunded for any recorded item refunded will be A$10 (or equivalent). We will replace faulty disc with the same title or refund back to a credit card if the title is no longer available. Please note that our returns policy is only valid for 28 days from receipt of goods

Refunds You may return any unopened item within 7 days of receiving it, for a full refund. Please include the original invoice and a cover note explaining the return. If you do not have the invoice then please include your name, address and email address on the covering note. We will then process your request and refund the funds to the registered card on the account (please allow up to 14 days). Please note that we can only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error.
Exchanges Unfortunately we cannot exchange discs unless they are received faulty or the wrong title is received incorrectly. Testing We do test every single return, if a returned disc is found not to be faulty by our independent test centre we will return the discs with a postage charge not exceeding A$5 (or equivalent). We advise you to check the disc on a second make and model of machine before returning. We cannot be responsible for incompatibilities caused by machines that have been modified to disable regional encoding.
