Return and Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept most returns by mail within 30 days of purchase. Exceptions are noted below.
Printed books from our Shop must be in original, perfect condition.
Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable, and we do not cover the return shipping costs for the product.
The exceptions apply for:
- Membership Plans: if within 7 days of becoming a member you are not satisfied, we will provide a full refund.
- Video lessons, masterclasses, workshops or seminars in digital format sold in the Shop: due to the nature of the digital items, refund is not applicable.
- Digital Books: due to the nature of this digital item, refund is not applicable.
- Live streamed lessons, masterclasses, workshops or seminars will have their own refund policies.
